3D Printing

Are the numbers too small for injection molding, or you have a design which is not suitable for a mould, we also provide 3D printing for you.

The Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing technology offers many possibilities for complex, cost-efficient parts and is very suitable for (pre) production and spare parts. When using this technology, an inkjet technique is used. With this, selective fixative and detailing agent is applied to a nylon powder bed. This is melted into a solid layer by means of heating elements. The part is then built up in layers, with the powder redistributed over the bed after each layer. This process is repeated until the correct result is achieved. The loose powder is then removed at a processing station and by blasting.
